Exactly what I was looking for: a program to follow and a way to log my progress.
Like the title says. Its easy to begin. I actually did this while prepping my lunch.

Some bad moments

Amazing app if for any fitness level! Very easy to use and only takes a few mins every time you need it! A must get app!
Awesome app. Same interface as Zen Labs’ pushups and sit-ups challenge apps. All have such a sleek interface. By having a set plan, I am more likely to stick with it. Seeing overall positive change in health and energy. More apps please Zen Labs!
Feeling the burn in my lower body! This one definitely keeps you honest and you better stick to the program! The results are pretty legit.
Really good app. It motivates you with badges and quotes and it lets you progress your self in your own time . It doesnt force you to do 200 squats in one day . It starts you off with 18 I though oh 18? Today piece of cake well little did I know its hard work since I havent done them in a while I felt the burn. Im so glad it lets me take my Tim . I feel the squats working . No pain no game
I want this app to be great and think the potential is wonderful, but I paid $0.99 for this and I havent even been able to open it for the first time. It instantly crashes before the loading screen is completed. Im pretty disappointed.
I only wish there was a wider variety body parts or maybe a full body workout app from zen labs. Love this one
