Really good app. It motivates you with badges and quotes and it lets you progress your self in your own time . It doesnt force you to do 200 squats in one day . It starts you off with 18 I though oh 18? Today piece of cake well little did I know its hard work since I havent done them in a while I felt the burn. Im so glad it lets me take my Tim . I feel the squats working . No pain no game
